The Easiest Way To Travel From Penticton To Apex Mountain
ONLINE BOOKINGS are available until 6:30pm the day before service. If service is cancelled, you will receive a notification by 8:00pm via email and text from our booking system.
2025-2026 Snow Bus Passes are Available Now!
- A minimum of 4 ONLINE reservations are required for the Snow Bus to run.
- Please reserve your seat online in advance to ensure service.
- PASS HOLDERS are now required to book seats in advance.

Pickup & Drop-off Locations
PENTICTON PICKUP LOCATION: Home Hardware – Auxiliary Parking Lot, 150 Fairview Place, Penticton.
DEPARTURE TIME: 8:30AM sharp. Please arrive by 8:15AM.
APEX PICKUP LOCATION: Main entrance at Apex Mountain Resort, at the top of the stairs, next to the ticket windows.
DEPARTURE TIME: 3:30PM sharp. Please arrive by 3:15PM.
- Please note: We are currently using the Grape Escapes tour bus; it’s branded and you can’t miss it!

Apex Snow Bus Dates
REGULAR SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
- Shuttles run December 6, 2025 to March 22, 2026 on Saturday’s, Sunday’s, most statutory holidays, Christmas break and the 1st week of spring break.
- There are no shuttles on December 26, 26 and January 1.

CHRISTMAS BREAK
- Shuttles run December 20-31, 2025 & January 2-4, 2026

- Shuttles run daily from March 14-22, 2026 (1st week of Spring Break only)

NON-SCEDULED SNOW BUS SHUTTLES
- Additional service is available upon request as drivers and vehicles are available, with a minimum 10 person booking.
- Last-minute requests are difficult to accommodate and we recommend planning at least 48 hours in advance.
